Where duplicate accounts are discovered, all accounts belonging to the same individual will be closed and any balances therein may be voided.
When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are obliged to maintain and update this information promptly whenever it changes. t8888 accepts no liability for losses arising from inaccurate or outdated account information provided by the Member.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. t8888 strongly recommends using a unique password not used on any other online service, enabling any additional security features offered by the Platform, and logging out of your account after each session — particularly when using shared or public devices. Any activity conducted through your account credentials will be deemed to have been carried out by you personally, and you will be held responsible for all wagers, deposits, and withdrawals made while your credentials are in use.

t8888's total aggregate liability to any Member in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total real-money deposits made by that Member in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
t8888 is not liable for losses resulting from: (a) Force Majeure events; (b) third-party payment provider delays or errors; (c) the Member's use of the Platform in breach of these Terms; (d) technical failures originating outside t8888's controlled infrastructure; or (e) the Member's own negligence in maintaining account security.
t8888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
Upon account closure for breach, any remaining real-money Balance will be returned to the Member's verified payment method, net of any amounts owed to t8888, unless the closure is the result of fraud or criminal activity, in which case t8888 reserves the right to withhold the Balance pending investigation or legal proceedings. Bonus Funds are forfeited upon account closure in all circumstances.
Members wishing to voluntarily close their account should contact t8888 customer support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days, and the Member's remaining Balance will be returned via their registered payment method.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which t8888 holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of a recognised international arbitration institution, with proceedings conducted in English.
Nothing in this clause limits t8888's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent ongoing harm. Indonesian Members acknowledge that online gaming regulations in Indonesia are subject to change and agree to comply with any additional requirements that may be imposed by Indonesian authorities in the future.
t8888 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, t8888 will notify Members via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory mandate.
Your continued use of the t8888 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
